Responsibilities:

* Utilize and support repeatable processes and standard work products and tools.
* Ensure all processes are complete, thorough and of high quality
* Documents current process state
* Determine Future State Solution that is operationally effective
* Identify and resolve improvement areas, collaborating with process owners, senior management and Customer
* Providing Status updates
* Develop and recommend risk mitigation plans
* Escalate any cross tower issues or issues with support issues
* Participate in Acceptance testing
* Escalate issues and risks to the COE Lead

Desired Profile

* Good communication skills â Verbal and written
* Good analytical skills
* Experience in 6 sigma â preferably GB trained

Research Work experience
Experience of around 5 years
Experience of working on ERP / Workflow
Experience of working in BPO environment

Specific skill set:
Accounts Payables / General Ledger Accounting â Qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA / Accounts Receivables / Fixed Assets
