Job Description

* Troubleshooting Technical issues relating to VOIP technology to US Customer
* Providing Quality customer support
* Answer networking queries
* Willing to work in International Time Zones

Desired Profile

* Handling inbound client calls and troubleshooting their technical queries
* Good at client interaction and listening skill
* Willing to work in International Time Zones
* Freshers or candidates with relevant experience of about 6-18 Months are also welcome
* Excellent Communication Skills with Networking Knowledge
