* Involves handling Inbound Calls.
* Involves resolving customer queries.
* Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service.

Desired Profile
* Should be comfortable working in shifts.
* Should have excellent English communication skills.
* Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.
* Min Education Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
* Building a rapport with customers.
* Age criteria: Restricted up to 35 years.
* Involves working in Night shifts
* Excellent Communication Skills.
