Job Description Manage the complete gourmet of HR of a group company.

The position requires the candidate to be competent for Recruitment and Selection, OD & OB, Manpower budgeting and planning, IR, Compensation reviews, Grievances Handling

Desired Profile

- Graduate/ Post Graduate (PM & IR or HR as Specialization)
- Worked in an organisation with over 1000+ employees
- Have extensive exposure to handing HR department
- Should have handled recruitment for Construction/affiliated industry,
- Should have been responsible for OD/OB interventions with PRS.
- Should have good knowledge of Labour Laws.

Candidates from Construction/Construction linked industry preferred but not must.
Experience 15 - 21 Years
