Description

Looking out for professionals to handle in Operations in Events. The candidates should be able to work on back track planning, to create check list, venue mangement, handling security, manpower allocation, sponsor and stalls as well as branding. Undertake the setup details, check the vendors godown and ensure the delivery of material on time. Check all th print job done on time. Understand layout and design and work accordingly. Timelines and Management of producton. Maintain quality in work.

As an executive you would require to do the running around and give helping hand in completing the checklist work. Helping the Head - Operations in venue mangement, crowd management. Bring all printed fliers and invites etc. Carry all venue stationery and maintaining prop list. Arranging for the manpower requirement for the event.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-6 years of experience in managing Events Operations required. Excellent english communication desired. CANDIDATES FROM EVENTS BACKGROUND ONLY NEED APPLY
