Principal Responsibilities:

* Planning & Timely Executions of consignments with Best Transit and Freight cost.
* Minimizing logistics cost through Freight negotiation, Long term contracts with shipping
and managing Distribution, Warehousing, Logistics (Import & Exports)
* Managing Inventory as well as work on inventory replenishment plan.
* Budgeting / cost Analysis
* MIS related to Logistics
* Team Management/Development & Resource Administration & innovative solutions e.g. shortest/fastest transit routes to be used with minimum transits periods and trans-shipments.

Desired Candidate Profile
* Relevant
* Have handled logistics to the tune to .......crores, should have a proven track record of cost savings.
* Be well conversant with logistic requirements in India .
* Be well versed with Government Rules and regulations of Excise and sales tax,Vat etc.
* SAP operation knowledge
* Responsible for all store of raw materials,inventory,ABC analysis and other relevant functions.
