Process Capability Study
APQP (Advanced product quality planning) procedure for new product development
PPAP(Product part approval plan to customer) for development for new products
PFMEA (Potential failure mode and effective analysis)
Knowledge about die/tool related to new product
TS Documentation
Sample making on machines & sample submission process to OEM's

Requirement

B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical as Senior Engineer Manufacturing Engineering for our upcoming plant in Chennai (Tamil Nadu). The ideal candidate should be male with 6-8 years of working experience in Manufacturing Engineering Department of a Automobile Ancillary (parts) manufacturing or an Engineering Company.
