Principal Responsibilities:
1)Responsible for Customer Care & After Sales Services like advising and guiding customers / Masons on tile laying procedures and precautions that must be taken for this. 2)Provide effective support to end customers,including Project / Institutional customers,like attending customer complaints and providing speedy solutions for the same. 3)Develop a sound rapport with the large Project /Institutional customers in the assigned area and relay feedback to Head - Services Division on customer requirements. 4)Furnish timely Reports on customer Services activities to the reporting manager. Desired Profile Candidate should be a Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute with supervisory experience in construction of building,particularly in finishing of interiors like laying tiles,plumbing,plastering etc. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Computer operations is essential Experience 0 - 5 Years Link: BELLA CASA |
