Job Description

Having well versed in IT product Like: Desktop, Laptops, Server, Storage System, Routers & Telecom product, Licensing of various software, WAN (Wide are network), Internet Bandwidth, buying of computers & Telephones equipment.



� Having exposure for Identify IT requirement with user interface, Basis on input of user Source Identification, Vendor Selection, floating of RFQ/RFP, Negotiation, Finalization of Order & maintaining the delivery schedule.



� Have exposure for Supervising the negotiation of pricing, contractual terms and conditions, and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) & to ensure best deals are negotiated for the organization



� Having exposure for Contract creation & finalization of contractual �Terms and Conditions� (including cost analysis, legal clauses, and performance requirements) with service providers for Telecom & Other areas of Procurement. Contracts like:

� AMC for software & other IT related product.

� With Facilities Management

� With Manpower & Insurance Provider



� Having procurement & market knowledge procuring of Facilities Management items, this includes canteen Facilities, CAB Hiring & Other activities.



� Should have exposure for Component buying for the RAMPUR manufacturing like: Plugs, Mechanical Items & Stabilizer for Machine etc.



� Must have done the Cost Reduction by effective Negotiation & dual souring activity, identifying cost effective Suppliers for components.



� Should have exposure for Process Formulation, Process Creation with help of Internal Control teams to use by procurement teams across the Group.



� Must have experience for managing the team & should able to demonstrate resource management skills, maintaining high motivation levels amongst team members, ensuring learning and development of team member.

Desired Profile

� Develop Request for quote (RFQ) or Request for Information for specific service or product.
� Negotiate and draft appropriate contractual terms to achieve the most advantageous business.
� Identify and recommend alternative suppliers of product or services.
� Collaborate with IM,Marketing , Tax, Finance ,HR,& Training and other department to drive cost reduction related to suppliers.
� Review and amend supply contract as per XEROX purchase policy.
� Release all purchase orders in time. I
� Buying of all XEROX Insurance requirements.
