Arrow Learning & Development Executive

Principle Pesponsibilities:

1. Planning, organizing, and managing the Learning and Development function in India
2. Facilitating and conducting the Orientation of a new joinee.
3. Identifying Training and Development needs through Training Need Analysis in consultation with the line managers for all levels of employees in India.
4. Designing and developing Training and Development programmes (Training plan) based on both the organizations and the individual's needs taking into account REHAU corporate policies, procedures and strategies.
5. Designing and developing training curriculum in consultation with Line managers, Functional Heads and the NSC.
6. Identifying and developing internal and external trainers.
7. Delivering or coordinating delivery of training to employees including Product training, REHAU internal regulations and procedures and function specific training.
8. Evaluating the overall effectiveness of training programs (Internal and External) with the help of Reaction Level Scores immediately after the programme in meeting training objectives and the targeted business goals.
9. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of employees with the help of 6 monthly training effectiveness analyses of training programmes attended in the past six months through discussion and survey with the help of line managers.
10. Providing Feedback and Suggestions on Improvement areas to the Trainers, Trainees and their respective Line Managers.
11. Formulating and monitoring the Training Budget on a month to month basis.

12. Co-ordinating and Facilitating the Test Systems for the Wage Workers in India
13. Formulating, upgrading and maintaining of the skill matrices.
14. Administering the HR Information Systems like Paysonnel for maintenance of timely and accurate training records in the employee database.
15. Developing, maintaining and organizing the Training manuals, Visual aids, and other Training materials.
16. Co-ordinating the Zero Fault Programme For the Non-Plant staff in India
17. Providing support for compliance of ISO pertaining to areas of Training and ensuring that Statutory Training requirements are met.
18. Ensuring the maintenance of the requisite documentation for test systems and ISO.
19. Compiling data and timely submission of Management Reports as enclosed
o Training calendar- Monthly
o Zero Fault Report- Quarterly
20. Induction
o Updating the Induction kit on a continuous basis
o Formulating the induction plan for new Joinees and
o Co-ordinating the Quarterly induction for all new Joinees
o Co-ordinating the Wage workers induction once in a year

Desired Profile

1. Experience in conducting training & handling training coordination.
2. Should be ready to roll out training initiatives for India and work independently with minimum supervision.
3. Strong personality.
4. Strong command over spoken & written English.
5. Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
6. Experience in delivering training (e.g. Time Management, Presentation etc.)
7. Knowledge of training function management.
8. Experience in PC applications for presentation and curriculum design.
9. Ability to travel.
10. Graduate/Post Graduate with HR as specialisation

Experience : 2 - 5 Years
