Planning Manager

Responsibilities:

Planning is the key to productivity and profit. You'll contribute to the development of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, product generation and order fulfillment strategies, in order to improve the total customer experience, increase market share, drive up revenue and enhance net profit and returns on assets. Assigned to a business unit, division or operation, you'll manage a group of planning processes in support of these strategies, ranging from day to day team supervision at first level to leadership of multi-discipline work groups at second level management.


Required Profile

B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech/MS
Bachelor's (undergraduate)or Master's (graduate) degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
Exp - 2 - 5yrs


Skills include:

Sound planning and budget management skills

Able to develop and implement operational plans, build plans, capacity plans, inventory plans and/or master schedules

Strong negotiation skills

Able to develop mid and long-term planning strategies

Demonstrated skills in systematic problem solving


Experience includes:

Experience leading employees within a planning environment

Experience in developing new and uncharted business solutions which have significant, direct impact on profit and loss

Demonstrated ability to operate in a cross-functional environment to develop solutions to maximize business results
