The Position: Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the incumbent will be responsible to conduct the approved training, validations as required by the GCAA and Company policies and to ensure highest standards of safety in an industrial working environment and compliance to the regulatory authority’s standards.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline.
* 8 years Flight Operations experience with a minimum of 5 years experience as TRI (Training Instructor), CFI (Certified Training Instructor) or SFI (Synthetic Training Instructor) or equivalent.
* Should have worked for at least 3 years in a similar managerial role. At least 2 years experience in the areas of crew planning and scheduling, training administration.

Holds (or have held) an ATPL or CPL-IR.
