Information Security Assessment & Performance Specialist (ITS)

Primary Responsibilities:

* Assess and report regularly on the performance and overall effectiveness of information security services;
* Ensure compliance to Shell’s control requirements through vulnerability management, network and device discovery and periodic penetration testing exercises;
* Recommend improvements of security standards, controls and services, by keeping abreast of emerging threats to the security infrastructure.

Requirements:

* Degree in IT or equivalent;
* Minimum 6 years' working experience in IT industry; with at least 4 years' experience in a security assessment or service management/delivery capacity;
* Certifications in ITIL or Information Security qualifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) would be advantageous;
* Able to work under broad direction but is a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently;
* Authorization to work in Malaysia is required for this position;
* A remuneration package based on the conditions in the country of employment will be offered for this position;
* Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for this position.
