Job Description

Typically requires BE, or University degree equivalent plus 6-8 years experience in network engineering or telecommunications support environment.

Knowledge in the following areas of:

IP internetworking, IP Telephony, Familiarity with Cisco UC product range.

Ability to configure and deploy Cisco UC products in customer environments.

Good understanding of Cisco CUCM , Unity, Gateway products a must.

Ability to understand customer requirements and create design documents using Cisco UC products and their functionality/features.

Good understanding of Cisco UC SRND documents a must.

Ability to troubleshoot and rectify technical problems with Cisco Voice networks. Experience of using Cisco tools for troubleshooting, working with Cisco TAC will be an added advantage.

Good customer facing experience and communication skills

CCNA Voice, CCVP, CCIE (Voice) certifications preferred

Minimum 2 year of experience in high-level support.-Large-scale voice network design skills.
