Job Description

- Software Architecture/ Design and Implementation of software for embedded systems

- Work with project manager for Planning, Effort estimation, configuration management, decide on the environment required for the project / work package and will be involved in all areas of the software development lifecycle.

- Owner of the work package / module and responsible for reporting the status, issues and ensuring timely deliverables.

- Mentoring the project team members on an as-needed basis

- Responsible for Design / Product Documentation, Specifications, code structuring for the project / work package.

* Strong in C programming skills

* Extensive Architecture, Design and implementation
experience and debugging skills on embedded platforms.

* Strong experience in development of Firmware, Board support Package and Low level Driver development for on chip and on board peripherals like DAC/ADC, LCD, FLASH, USB, SD/MMC and Ethernet.

* Good understanding of common communication protocols, like I2C, SPI,I2S, UART, USB, TCP/IP etcâ

* Experience in Embedded Linux / WinCE / uITRON RTOS

* Understanding of Architectures like TI Davinci or NXP Trimedia or PowerPC etc.

* Must be a Good Team Player and should have mentored or technically managed a team of 2-3 members in the project / work package

* Sound Knowledge in RTOS , RT linux , device drivers , device driver , linux driver , linux device driver , embedded , WinCE , uITRON RTOS , boot loader , u boot , low level driver, driver , driver development, embedded linux , vx works , Linux Kernel
