Job Description

Looking for test engineers to work on a Windows based networking and security product. The .Net based complex application collects large amount of data and presents it on configurable dashboards. The work involves functional and automation testing of the product. This test engineers position requires extensive scripting background and an interest in networking. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent compensation in Pune.

Required Profile

1. Commitment to a testing career
2. Experience in testing web based products or server software using automation tools is necessary.
3. Excellent hands on skills in writing test scripts using QTP, Win Runner are required.
4. Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory installation and configuration is required.
5. Familiarity with Ruby is desirable.
6. Prior experience of working in a test team that performs complete product testing
7. Ability to generate test plans and test strategies
8. Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputed university

Additional Desired Profile

1. Knowledge of C#.Net or Java
2. Hands on experience in using various testing tools
3. Knowledge of one or more of the following skills - networking concepts, TCP/IP, application protocols
4. Knowledge of application/networking domain
5. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills with the ability to deal with very demanding Management and team members

Desired Profile Desired Prior Work Experience

Product testing experience at companies building software or appliances for enterprise/carrier-grade networks. Knowledge of Silicon Valley culture is highly desirable
