Description:

The Lead BSA provides analysis, coordination, and leadership within one or more technology project workstreams in the AET Oracle Financials implementation. This position will interact with other technology groups, business groups, and other project teams in achieving the project workstreamâs goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should preferably be bachelorâs degree holder in Engineering or a MCA degree holder, 10 + years of experience in managing projects of global nature.

Previous experience with global technology projects is required.

Experience implementing Oracle Financials systems; Accounting and/or financial reporting systems implementation experience is a must.

Prior experience with project management methodologies required.

Experience with American Express Project Management and Method/1 frameworks is helpful.

Proven capacity to lead and influence matrix based project team members and work as a member of a diverse and geographically distributed team.
